Two new miniature sculptures by Sean Henry can be seen currently at Flowers Gallery in Cork Street, London in the 42nd edition of 'Small is Beautiful'. Established in 1974, the annual exhibition invites over 100 contemporary artists from various disciplines to showcase artworks with a fixed economy of scale, each piece measuring no more than 7 x 9 inches.
Both works have been 3D printed in laser sintered nylon, and are hand painted with oil paint, in an edition of 6. The crouching figure is "Maquette for Y.N.T.S (You're Not The Same)" 2005/2024 [19 x 19 x 19cm] and the two wrestling figures are "Maquette for T.B.T.F (The Bigger The Front)" [23 x 15 x 12cm]
